Clunes artist, Chris O’Donnell draws her inspiration from the ever changing landscape that exists beyond her studio window. Under the artist’s eye, the distinctive seasons of Central Victoria and the surrounding bush land are transformed into a kaleidoscope of luscious colour, moving lines and shifting abstractions that manage to still retain recognisable features of the terrain.

Chris is currently working on a series of abstract paintings and drawings based on the patterns and shapes she sees in the trees, leaves and bark she encounters in the bush. Her work will be on view at Soul Barn in Fraser Street, Clunes and her work is available for purchase.

Stay in touch with Chris on Instagram or via her website.
