It has been a big year for Robyn Smith-Clark. Since opening her studio on the Tiny Towns Arts Trail for the first time in 2022, she hasn’t stopped. The success of her Trail debut was closely followed by her equally successful, first solo exhibition at Puzzleflat Art Gallery in Dunolly.

She has had an exciting year exploring elements of form and design, technique and colour through the fundamental creative characteristics of clay and mixed media, while her foray into painting on canvas has resulted in some delightfully stylistic works that pop with joy and colour.

Using low firing, underglaze colours, clear glazes and ancient mark making techniques, Robyn’s ceramic practice continues to evolve and her masterfully made pieces are truly stand alone works of art that deserve to be loved and admired.

Her collaborative works with other regional artists has resulted in some amazing, one of a kind, sculptural pieces.

Stay in contact with Robyn by following and liking Ruff Shuffler Creations on Facebook and Instagram.

While you’re out there exploring that part of the Trail, stop in at the charmingly quirky Eddy’s Garage for a delicious meal and coffee, before heading out to Eastville to visit Kerry Punton’s incredible home studio and farm.
